What exactly are DTF transfers?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are high-quality prints that can be pressed onto almost any fabric. Your design is printed onto a special film using vibrant inks and adhesive powder, then heat-pressed to create a durable, full-color print with a soft feel and excellent stretch.

What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and even dark or light fabrics. They’re extremely versatile perfect for t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more without needing pre-treatment or weeding.

What file type should I upload for my design?

We recommend uploading your artwork as a transparent PNG file at 300 DPI for the best print quality. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are also great options if available. Make sure your background is removed before submitting.

What temperature and time should I press my DTF transfers at?

For most DTF transfers, use 305°F for 10–15 seconds with medium to firm pressure. Allow the print to cool for a few seconds before peeling (cold peel), then press again for 5 seconds with parchment paper for a perfect finish.
